Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice.

Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

While every effort is made to ensure product availability, occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product or provide a full refund.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery

Within New Zealand, we use trusted courier services including Post Haste and NZ Post.

International orders are shipped using tracked NZ Post International services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for ensuring honey may legally be imported into their destination country before placing an order.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Mt Lyford Honey is not responsible for orders delayed, refused, destroyed or returned by customs authorities.

International shipping restrictions and eligible products are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Food Products

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of honey once it has been delivered, except where required under New Zealand consumer law or where goods arrive damaged or incorrect.

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly.

Claims should be made within the timeframes outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy and include photographs where requested.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter our fulfilment process quickly.

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to cancel or amend it.

Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
