Delivery Policy

We carefully hand-pack every order from our alpine honey house in North Canterbury, New Zealand.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. During busy periods such as public holidays or promotional events, dispatch may take a little longer.

New Zealand Shipping

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Urban addresses: 2–5 business days
• Rural addresses: 3–6 business days

All parcels include tracking.

International Shipping

We currently ship via tracked New Zealand Post to selected international destinations. Available countries and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Due to shipping regulations and packaging requirements:

• International retail orders are limited to 2 kg of honey per shipment.
• Larger international orders or wholesale enquiries are welcome—please contact us to discuss commercial export options.
• We do not ship 1kg, 2kg, or squeeze bottle options outside of New Zealand due to weight and breakage considerations.
• Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that honey import requirements vary between countries, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure honey can be imported into their destination.

Shipping Restrictions

Our Smoky BBQ Honey Glaze is currently available within New Zealand only.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
