Refund policy

Returns
Perishable goods such as honey is unable to be returned due to biosecurity rules in New Zealand. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Change of Mind
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate a change of mind due to our rural location and complexity and volume of orders. Once we receive payment for your order, it is immediately processed within our system and we are unable to recall the order. While we aim to be as helpful as possible, please ensure you choose your honey treats wisely.

Wrong Item
Occasionally an item may be out of stock due to an influx of orders. In this instance we will substitute the item with the most similar variety, or we will issue you with a refund.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for food items. Please be careful what you order as exchanges are not available if you change your mind. Choose your honey treats with confidence. 

Damaged Item
If for any reason product(s) is damaged, Mt Lyford Honey may arrange to replace the goods.

If an item is damaged in transit, the Customer must alert Mt Lyford Honey within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Clear photographs of the damage must be provided by the Customer to Mt Lyford Honey within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to process a replacement.

Cancellation
Once you have placed your order online, we are unable to stop the process. Please choose carefully.
