A rare seasonal harvest from New Zealand's alpine high country. Wild blackberry blossom, native mānuka flowers and mountain beech honeydew combine to create a warm, rich, complex honey with exceptional depth and character.

We work with nature, not against it. In New Zealand, wild blackberry is often seen as a troublesome weed and is commonly sprayed or removed. At Mt Lyford Honey, we take a different approach. We manage the blackberry naturally by cutting it back rather than using herbicides, allowing it to regenerate each summer. The result is an abundance of fragrant blossom that produces one of our most distinctive and sought-after seasonal honeys.
