Special Reserve Honey

Unlike large-scale commercial honey, these rare varieties are harvested in small seasonal batches from the remote alpine forests surrounding Mt Lyford in New Zealand’s South Island.

Our bees forage across wild landscapes such as blackberry hedgerows, alpine clover meadows, sweet Kanuka flowers, and beech forests producing distinctive honeys that change with the seasons.
